assembly of printed circuit boards ranging from development, through production of PCB, purchase of components, automatic assembly, process reflow, manual assembly of THT, soldering of THT using tin waves, PCB ultrasound cleaning, testing up to the final installation of the finished product.
All products are offered in small up to middle-sized batches.
Every year we manufacture and deliver 80,000 – 200,000 pieces of assembled PCB in European quality in compliance with ISO 9001:2016. Our experienced employees, components, and output inspection in compliance with the requirements of the client guarantee the highest quality of our provided services.
In 2010 the company was certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2009 and in 2013 we started the pre-certification process for EPA ESD. After we purchased the technology for production of cable bundles in 2014, we can provide our customers also with cable assemblies for independent applications or as part of a finished product.
Since 2010 we have offered thermocouples manufactured by a renowned German company from high-quality material – INCONEL 600. Thermocouples were first offered only as a customer application and since 2013 they represent a part of our standard offer at wwww.thermosensors.eu
The company pays special attention to protection of the environment. All waste generated during the production of cable bundles and electronic devices are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
